Dispatch

Dispatch (派遣, haken) refers to a service model where a cast member travels to a designated location outside the venue to provide the service. This model is widely used for customers who prefer not to visit a physical shop or who require service at a hotel, private residence, or other agreed place.

The typical flow of a dispatch service is as follows. The customer contacts the shop or agency, specifying the desired cast type, service content, and meeting location (e.g., hotel or home). At the appointed time, the cast member arrives and provides the service for the agreed duration. Pricing is generally time-based, with additional charges for transportation and optional services.

Key etiquette includes clearly confirming the meeting point in advance. Upon arrival, it is customary to greet and settle the payment upfront. Service time must be strictly observed; extensions require prior confirmation with the shop or cast. Cancellations and tardiness are frowned upon, and no-show cancellations can lead to blacklisting.

Pricing varies by shop and region, but typically there is no membership or registration fee. Standard rates range from ¥10,000 to ¥30,000 per 60 minutes, with premium shops or popular cast members commanding higher fees. Optional services (e.g., nomination fees, special options) are added separately.

Dispatch is a broader concept than the similar term "delivery health," which specifically denotes dispatch services focused on a particular type of service. Dispatch encompasses a wider range of services, including massage, esthetic, and companion services. Customers should choose the appropriate category based on their needs.
