Susukino covers Minami 4-jo to 7-jo and Nishi 2-chome to 5-chome in Sapporo's Chuo Ward. Sapporo's tourism site calls it the largest entertainment district north of Tokyo.
Sapporo's tourism site names two subway stations as the closest to Susukino: Susukino Station and Hosui-Susukino Station. It does not give walking times from either station.
The block the tourism site marks out runs from Minami 4-jo to Minami 7-jo and from Nishi 2-chome to Nishi 5-chome in Chuo Ward, and its English page describes this area as the biggest entertainment district anywhere north of Tokyo.

Sapporo's anti-touting ordinance came fully into force on 1 July 2022. Inside the zone bounded by the North 8-jo, West 7-chome and South 7-jo city roads and Sosei-gawa-dori, nobody may tout or have others tout in public spaces. South of Minami 3-jo even the one-metre allowance in front of one's own shop does not apply, and breaching an order can bring a non-criminal fine of up to 50,000 yen and publication of names.
Hokkaido's enforcement ordinance for the Fueiho entertainment law bans reception-office businesses, meaning non-store sex businesses run from a reception office, everywhere in Hokkaido. It also says the Public Safety Commission picks the districts allowed to keep entertainment businesses open past midnight, choosing from commercial zones that form large downtown areas.
