Motomachi · Mikaho is a quiet residential area in Sapporo's Higashi Ward. The nearest subway stations are Motomachi and Shindo-Higashi on the Toho Line. By day, it's an ordinary neighborhood with supermarkets and parks, but at night, discreet adult shop signs light up in some apartment buildings and mixed-use buildings.

Geographically, the action is on backstreets just off the Kanjo-dori (Route 274). Shops are scattered rather than clustered, so you'll need to walk or take a short taxi ride from the station.

The adult entertainment here is almost entirely delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru). There are no soaplands or fashion health shops. Prices range from ¥12,000 to ¥18,000 for 60 minutes, which is average for Sapporo.

Deliheru sends girls to your home or hotel, while hoteheru typically meets at a partner hotel. There are about 10 shops operating, mostly serving local regulars. English support is rare.

Access: 5–10 minutes on foot from Motomachi Station, or 10 minutes from Shindo-Higashi Station. If driving, coin parking is available, but be mindful of noise late at night in this residential area.

You must book in advance by phone or online. Walk-ins are not accepted. If you don't speak Japanese, ask hotel staff or a Japanese-speaking friend to help with reservations. Deliheru can dispatch to your hotel, so using it from your accommodation is common.
