Sapporo City

Sapporo's Susukino is Japan's northernmost giant entertainment district. Neon-lit streets are packed with izakayas and high-end clubs, but behind them and inside multi-tenant buildings, adult businesses cluster.

Geographically, it's a 2-minute subway ride from Sapporo Station on the Namboku Line. The core area spans about 1 km east-west and 0.5 km north-south around Susukino Station. The main adult zone lies south of the main street, particularly from South 4 to South 7, and West 2 to West 4.

The variety of adult services is rich. Soaplands are concentrated around South 6, West 3, known as the "Sapporo Soapland District," with about a dozen shops. Prices range from 15,000 to 30,000 yen for 60 minutes, slightly cheaper than Tokyo. Delivery health has over 100 shops across the area. Fashion health is clustered around South 5, West 3. Pink salons are a few shops near South 4, West 2.

For foreign visitors, delivery health and fashion health are easier to access. Many soaplands still have a "Japanese only" policy, but more shops are becoming foreigner-friendly. Pink salons offer a quick, low-cost experience.

Access: Susukino Station on the Namboku Line. Business hours vary: soaplands typically noon to midnight, delivery health peaks from evening to 2 AM. Weekends are crowded, so reservations are recommended.

A word of caution: touts are rampant in Susukino. Following them can lead to exorbitant charges. Legitimate shops do not use touts. Choose your own shop and book via official websites or trusted portals.
