You pick a companion and course at a reception office, then move to a nearby love hotel or partner hotel for the service. Because nothing happens on the premises it is treated in law like an outcall service, and the hotel room is paid separately by you.

Search Hotel Health across JapanHotel health is the name for services that take customers at a reception office and provide the service in a hotel. What you compare is where the reception office is and when it is open, which hotels can be used, the course lengths, and whether the hotel fee is included in the price.
The difference from delivery health (escort) is the reception office. What you settle there (the companion, the course, the hotel) and where the office is differ between venues, so check the venue page's information first.
Because no service takes place on the premises, hotel health falls in law under the non-store adult business that sends staff to lodging. The adult-entertainment law requires a non-store operator to record in its notification to the public safety commission the address of any reception office, defined as a facility for dealing with customers other than providing the service, and of any waiting room.
That line, a reception office being a place to receive customers and not a place of service, is the foundation of the format. The same law says a non-store operator may not take anyone under 18 as a customer.
Whether the hotel fee is included or paid separately, how you get from the reception office to the hotel, and when the course time starts counting all differ between venues. Ask the venue before you check in at reception, including the hotel's price range and whether you go in for a short stay or overnight.
It depends on the venue. Each venue page lists the languages it handles, and the “English OK” filter in search narrows results to venues with English support.
Payment methods vary by venue. Check the listing and confirm with the venue before booking.
