Koga and Konan spread across southern Shiga Prefecture, a mix of quiet farmland and residential zones. Known for Shigaraki pottery and Koga ninja lore, the area has no real nightlife district.
Geographically, the area centers on Koga City and Konan City, served by the Tokaido Main Line and Kusatsu Line. Major stations like Koga, Kibukawa, and Ishibe have small shopping streets but nothing more.
The adult entertainment scene here is extremely limited. A few delivery health (deliheru) shops operate, but there are no soaplands, fashion health parlors, or pink salons. Prices are lower than in cities, around ¥10,000 for 60 minutes.
With so few shops, options are narrow. Deliheru services are hotel-outcall only, and the number of working women is small. Foreign visitors need to check websites and book by phone or email in advance.
Access from Kyoto or Otsu takes 30–60 minutes by train. A car is convenient, but parking must be arranged. Deliheru typically operate from evening to late night, with few daytime options.
Advice for foreign visitors: Japanese language skills are almost mandatory. Very few shops handle English. This area is not a destination for adult entertainment, so keep expectations low. If you do use a service, research thoroughly, book a hotel first, then call a deliheru.
It depends on the venue. Each venue page lists the languages it handles, and the “English OK” filter in search narrows results to venues with English support.
Payment methods vary by venue. Check the listing and confirm with the venue before booking.
