Chofu/Fuchu

Chofu and Fuchu are bedroom communities in western Tokyo. The station areas have commercial facilities, bustling with families and students during the day. At night, quiet residential streets dominate, with little nightlife atmosphere.

The area centers around Keio Line's Chofu and Fuchu stations. Chofu is an express stop, about 15 minutes from Shinjuku. Fuchu station has similar access. Both have shopping streets with restaurants and izakayas.

Adult venues are scattered in residential areas and along main roads away from the stations. Delivery health and hotel health are the main categories, with limited numbers. Soaplands and pink salons are virtually absent. Prices are slightly lower than central Tokyo: delivery health around ¥10,000 for 60 minutes.

Most shops are independently run, with few chains. Foreigner-friendly services are limited; Japanese language ability is often required. Hotel health shops typically partner with nearby love hotels.

Access is straightforward via the Keio Line from Shinjuku. Chofu is 15 minutes by express, Fuchu about 25 minutes by local. Most shops operate until midnight; check last train times.

When using, advance phone reservation is standard. Japanese conversation is expected. Some shops refuse foreign customers, so confirm availability beforehand.
