Daikanyama is a Tokyo neighbourhood that GO TOKYO associates with high-end fashion boutiques and breakfast and brunch spots. Besides its own station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line, it can be reached on foot from Shibuya or Ebisu.
GO TOKYO says the Tokyu Toyoko Line is the only railway stopping at Daikanyama. The same page calls it an easy walk from Shibuya (15 minutes) and Ebisu (10 minutes), so arriving on foot from a neighbouring station is also an option.
GO TOKYO introduces Daikanyama as a neighbourhood of high-end fashion boutiques and well-regarded brunch places. The site's description centres on shopping and daytime dining.
Daikanyama is part of the Shibuya/Ebisu Area, whose listed venues are on the Shibuya page. If a Daikanyama listing is added, this page will display it.
The Shibuya Ward section of the Metropolitan Police Department's touting-zone list (updated 31 March 2016) names Ebisu-minami 1-chome, Udagawacho and Dogenzaka, but not Daikanyama. Since zones are set by town and block, Daikanyama is not part of that list.
It depends on the venue. Each venue page lists the languages it handles, and the “English OK” filter in search narrows results to venues with English support.
Payment methods vary by venue. Check the listing and confirm with the venue before booking.
