When you step out of Kariya Station, the air carries a practical, industrial vibe. Taxis line the rotary in front of the station, and the neon of business hotels stands out. The nightlife district is never flashy, but it gets a decent crowd of local salarymen and business travelers.

Adult shops are scattered around both the south and north exits. Particularly in the south exit's entertainment district, there's an area where small love hotels and adult service information offices mix. The area is walkable, but distances between shops vary.

Kariya's adult scene centers on delivery health and hotel health. Delivery health sends girls to hotels or homes around the station, with rates from ¥15,000 to ¥20,000 for 60 minutes. Hotel health provides services at partner hotels, with similar pricing. There are no pink salons or soaplands. The number of shops is around 20–30, a medium scale.

Foreigner acceptance depends on the shop. Some may refuse if you don't speak Japanese, but a few delivery health shops near the station advertise foreigner-friendly service. It's safest to confirm by phone or email in advance.

Access is about 20 minutes from Nagoya on the JR Tokaido Line. The station area is walkable, but if using delivery health, it's better to secure a hotel first. Most shops operate from 10 PM to 2 AM. Fridays and Saturdays are busiest.

A note: since this area mixes residential and industrial zones, be mindful of noise late at night. Also, some information offices near the station have been reported for overcharging, so it's recommended to contact shops directly.
