Aisai/Kanie/Yatomi

The Aisai, Kanie, and Yatomi area is a quiet residential suburb south of Nagoya. Along the main roads, convenience stores and family restaurants dot the landscape, and during the day it looks like an ordinary provincial town. At night, shops with discreet neon signs appear, drawing local male customers.

Geographically, it's about 20 kilometers south of Nagoya Station, a 30-minute drive. The Kintetsu Nagoya Line and JR Kansai Main Line serve the area, with the nearest stations being Kintetsu Kanie and Yatomi. However, shops are scattered in residential areas and along main roads, so a car is essential.

The adult entertainment scene here is centered on delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru). Delivery health sends women to your home or hotel, while hotel health provides services at partner hotels. The number of shops is small, with only a few in each category. Prices are relatively reasonable, typically 15,000–20,000 yen for 60 minutes.

Delivery health covers the entire area, including Kanie, Yatomi, and Aisai, allowing use at home or designated hotels. Hotel health has limited partner hotels, so advance confirmation is needed. Some shops may accept foreign customers, but Japanese communication is generally required.

Access by car is most convenient, using the Nagoya Expressway or National Routes 1 and 23. By public transport, take a taxi from Kintetsu Kanie or Yatomi Station. Most shops operate from noon to midnight, but it's best to check by phone or online beforehand.

For foreign visitors, this area can be challenging. Many shops refuse service if you don't speak Japanese, so it's advisable to bring a Japanese-speaking companion or make a reservation in Japanese. Also, while delivery health can send women to hotels, some hotels prohibit such use, so check with the hotel in advance.
