Uto/Uki

Uto and Uki are suburban areas about 30 minutes by car from central Kumamoto City. Shops are scattered along main roads, with almost no flashy neon signs. It's a quiet atmosphere used by local regulars.

Geographically, Uto is in central Kumamoto Prefecture, and Uki lies to its south. Both are residential and agricultural areas, not tourist spots. The nearest stations are JR Uto and JR Matsubase, but car access is essential.

The adult scene here consists of a few soaplands and several delivery health shops. The scale is very small, with no concentrated red-light district like in Kumamoto City. Prices are around ¥10,000 for 30 minutes at soaplands, and ¥10,000–¥20,000 for 60 minutes at delivery health, slightly below national average.

Most shops are individually owned, offering standard services for local men. Foreigner-friendly shops are rare, and Japanese language ability is necessary.

Car is mandatory for access. If using public transport, take a taxi from JR Uto or Matsubase Station, but taxis are infrequent. Operating hours are usually from afternoon to late night, busier on weekends and holidays.

It's best to call ahead for reservations. Walk-ins are possible but may involve waiting. For foreign tourists, this area is not worth a special trip, but if you want to experience local atmosphere, it's an option.
