Central Town, Rice Paddy Town, Willow Town

Central Town, Rice Paddy Town, and Willow Town form Okayama's largest entertainment district, within walking distance from the east exit of Okayama Station. By day it functions as an office district, but at night neon lights up and restaurants and adult venues crowd the streets. Small snack bars and izakayas dot the back alleys, bustling with local office workers and tourists.

The area spreads east from Okayama Station along Momotaro Main Street. Central Town is the core, with Rice Paddy Town and Willow Town to its south. Access is a 5-minute walk from the 'Okayama Station' tram stop or from 'Nishigawa Ryokudo Park' stop.

As an adult district, it concentrates about 20 soaplands, 30 fashion health shops, numerous delivery health services, and a few pink salons. Soaplands range from high-end to budget, with prices from ¥15,000 to ¥40,000 for 60 minutes. Fashion health is more affordable and beginner-friendly.

Delivery health mainly operates by dispatching girls to hotels, with many shops partnering with local love hotels. Pink salons offer short, cheap sessions, typically ¥3,000–¥5,000 for 30 minutes. Overall, the scale is smaller than Tokyo or Osaka, but it's well-stocked for a regional city.

Foreign visitors should note that most shops operate in Japanese, so learning a few basic phrases helps. Some soaplands and delivery health shops accept foreigners, but always check in advance. Many shops are cash-only, so bring enough yen.

Opening hours vary: soaplands typically run from noon to midnight, while fashion health and delivery health operate from evening until 2 AM. Weekends are busy, so reservations are recommended. Convenience stores and ATMs are plentiful in the area.
