Sayama and Iruma

Sayama and Iruma are bedroom communities in southwestern Saitama Prefecture. By day, quiet residential streets; by night, discreet comings and goings at business hotels and love hotels near the stations.

Geographically, the area is served by the Seibu Ikebukuro and Seibu Shinjuku lines, adjacent to Tokorozawa and Hannō. The station fronts are lined with chain izakayas and family restaurants, giving the impression of a daily-life adult district rather than a flashy nightlife zone.

The adult scene centers on delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru), with almost no storefront shops. Prices run 12,000–18,000 yen for 60 minutes, slightly cheaper than central Tokyo. Women are mostly in their late 20s to 30s, popular with clients seeking a calm, no-rush experience.

Hotels cluster around Sayama Station and Iruma Station, allowing quick transitions after meeting. Deliheru can be called to your home or hotel; hoteheru typically uses partner hotels. Foreigner acceptance varies by shop, and lack of Japanese may lead to refusal.

Access: about 40 minutes from Ikebukuro on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line. Many visitors come by car; choose a hotel with parking. Business hours are generally noon to midnight, busier on weekends.

First-timers should call or LINE ahead to confirm foreigner-friendly policies. Most shops are cash-only, so bring enough yen. Hotel fees are separate, typically 3,000–5,000 yen for two hours.
