Tokorozawa, Iruma, Hannō

Step out of the east exit of Tokorozawa Station, and across the roundabout you'll see small restaurants and mixed-use buildings. At night, pink neon lights flicker on the second and third floors of those buildings. This is the western gateway to Saitama, 30 minutes from Tokyo.

The area spreads around three stations: Tokorozawa, Iruma, and Hannō. Tokorozawa has the most shops; around Iruma Station there are a few soaplands; and near the north exit of Hannō Station there's a building dedicated to delivery health. All are within a 5-minute walk from the station.

The adult scene centers on soaplands and delivery health. Tokorozawa has about 10 soaplands, Iruma about 5. Prices range from ¥12,000 to ¥18,000 for 60 minutes, 20–30% cheaper than central Tokyo. Delivery health is common in Tokorozawa and Hannō, starting around ¥10,000 for 60 minutes. Pink salons are concentrated near Tokorozawa Station, with three shops offering quick, casual fun.

SM clubs and erotic massage are almost nonexistent. Hotel health is being absorbed by delivery health. Overall, the scale is small and caters to locals. Since it's not a tourist area, there's no flashy street touting—just a quiet atmosphere.

Access is convenient via the Seibu Shinjuku and Ikebukuro lines. From Shinjuku, take an express to Tokorozawa in about 30 minutes. If driving, coin parking is available near the shops. Operating hours: soaplands 10:00–24:00, delivery health mostly 12:00–2:00 AM.

Foreign visitors are rare, but if you speak Japanese, you'll be fine. Soaplands require reservations. For delivery health, if calling to a hotel, check the hotel's policy first. Pink salons accept walk-ins, but don't expect English menus.
