Frequently asked questions
Booking: Contact the shop by chat or LINE. Complete the booking form and agree to the quoted price to confirm. Booking 2–3 days ahead is typical; same-day appointments are possible if available. You can use the service without speaking Japanese.
Service area: Mainly Tokyo’s 23 wards; destinations outside them may be possible depending on availability. Ask ahead about hotels with strict security. Book your hotel yourself; a bath or shower is required.
Meeting: Wait in your room at a love hotel, or meet at the reception or another agreed location at a business hotel.
Payment: Pay the cast member directly in cash in Japanese yen on arrival. The quoted price does not increase unless you add options or extend the session. Tips are optional.
Selection: You can book without choosing a cast member and ask for recommendations. Once selected, the cast member cannot be changed after arrival.
Extensions and options: Extensions depend on availability. Booked options cannot be removed; additions may be unavailable if preparation or equipment is required.
Late arrival and cancellation: Tell the shop as soon as you know you will be late. Service may be unavailable and a cancellation fee may apply. Cancellation after confirmation may be charged in full; confirm the terms when booking.
Other: Guests too intoxicated to communicate cannot use the service. Ask when booking about the limited sticker for posting a review.
Cast and privacy: The shop says its cast members are Japanese and the person you select will be dispatched. It says it will only contact you about your booking. Some services may not be possible depending on the cast member’s build, so ask in advance.
