Step out of Izumi-Chuo Station and you'll see a roundabout and commercial buildings. By day, the area bustles with shoppers and commuters, but at night, the neon signs of adult shops begin to glow quietly. In the alleys a few minutes from the station, signs for delivery health and hotel health line the streets.

Izumi Central is the central station of Sendai's Izumi Ward, served by the Tozai Line. The station area is packed with shopping malls and restaurants, making it highly convenient. Access is a short walk from Izumi-Chuo Station. Business hours generally run from noon to midnight. Friday and Saturday nights are busy, so early booking is wise. First-timers should research shops online or at the station information center beforehand.

For foreign visitors, ID is mandatory—a passport works fine, but lack of Japanese may lead to refusal. Also, delivery health often charges hotel fees separately, so confirm in advance.
