Kamifukuoka

Kamifukuoka is a quiet residential area centered around the Tobu Tojo Line station. The station front has supermarkets and restaurants, bustling with shoppers and commuters during the day, but at night foot traffic decreases and the atmosphere becomes calm.

Geographically, it is located in southwestern Saitama Prefecture, about 40 minutes by train from central Tokyo. The station area is compact, with daily amenities within walking distance.

The adult entertainment scene in Kamifukuoka is very small. There are a few delivery health (deliheru) shops and very few hotel health (hoteheru) shops, but no soaplands, pink salons, or SM clubs. Most shops are located in residential areas or along main roads away from the station, with few conspicuous signs. Prices are around 10,000 yen for 60 minutes at delivery health, slightly cheaper than central Tokyo, but options are limited.

It is not practical for foreign tourists to use adult services in this area. Shops are few, Japanese language is the norm, and you need to check in advance whether foreigners are accepted. Also, delivery health mainly dispatches to hotels, and home delivery is often difficult.

Access is via Tobu Tojo Line's Kamifukuoka Station, about 30 minutes by express from Ikebukuro. It is not worth visiting for adult entertainment, but if you do, call or email ahead to confirm foreigner acceptance and arrange a hotel.
