Shiki and Mizuhodai

The areas around Shiki Station and Mizuhodai Station are quiet residential suburbs in southern Saitama Prefecture. During the day, families fill the streets, but at night foot traffic decreases and the atmosphere becomes calm.

Geographically, the area centers on the Tobu Tojo Line stations of Shiki and Mizuhodai, with small shopping streets and restaurants near the stations. Good access to central Tokyo and sprawling residential zones mean locally-focused businesses are scattered here.

In the adult entertainment scene, delivery health (deliheru) is the main category. A few shops accept reservations via website or phone, offering outcall services to hotels or private homes. There are no large soaplands or pink salons; the scale is small, catering to local demand.

Prices are slightly cheaper than central Tokyo, typically 12,000–15,000 yen for 60 minutes. Since it's mostly appointment-based delivery health, you won't see signs near the stations.

For foreign visitors, this area is somewhat inconvenient for adult entertainment. Most shops require Japanese reservations, and English support is unlikely. There are a few love hotels near the stations, but not many.

Access from Ikebukuro takes about 30 minutes on the Tobu Tojo Line, but most shops operate until 22:00–23:00, so early action is recommended. Consider this a local regulars' area; beginners will find more options in central Tokyo.
