Wako, Asaka, Niiza

The Wako, Asaka, Niiza area is a bedroom community in southern Saitama, adjacent to Tokyo's 23 wards. By day it's quiet residential streets, but at night neon signs from adult shops light up around the stations. The area is known for lower rents than central Tokyo, which translates to more affordable service rates.

Geographically, the Tobu Tojo Line and JR Musashino Line run through, with Wako-shi Station, Asakadai Station, and Niiza Station as main hubs. Many delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru) shops are within walking distance of each station. Business hotels and love hotels are common near the stations, convenient for hotel health use.

The adult scene here is overwhelmingly dominated by deliheru and hoteheru. Soaplands and pink salons are nearly absent, with only a few SM clubs. Deliheru dispatches girls to your home or hotel, with rates around ¥12,000–20,000 for 60 minutes. Hoteheru uses nearby hotels, with similar pricing. The highest concentration of shops is around Wako-shi Station, followed by Asakadai and Niiza.

Most shops are small, individually operated, with few chains. Services are generally geared toward Japanese customers, but some shops accept foreigners. Prices are 20–30% cheaper than in Tokyo, popular with budget-conscious clients. However, some shops may refuse service if you're not fluent in Japanese.

Access from Tokyo is good, under 30 minutes by train. From Shinjuku, take the Tobu Tojo Line to Wako-shi in about 20 minutes; from Ikebukuro, similar. Business hours are typically noon to midnight, busier on weekends. First-timers should research shops online or at station information centers beforehand.

Tips: Deliheru requires advance reservation; same-day walk-ins are often difficult. Hoteheru charges separate hotel fees, so confirm the total. Since this is a residential area, avoid late-night noise and street solicitation. Be considerate of local residents.
