Step out of JR Utsunomiya Station, and you'll find entertainment districts spreading from both the east and west exits, with restaurants and adult venues mixed together. The area centers on the station, with two main entertainment streets: Orion-dori on the east side and Bamba-dori on the west side. Adult shops are concentrated in the alleys branching off these streets. The compact layout is easy to navigate on foot, even for first-timers.

The adult scene here is dominated by delivery health and pink salons. Delivery health services dispatch girls to hotels or homes near the station, with rates around ¥12,000–20,000 for 60 minutes.
