Osaki is the area around Osaki Station in Shinagawa Ward. A Shinagawa Tourism Association leaflet records that redevelopment of the east exit brought Osaki New City and Gate City Osaki, and that Osaki came to be seen as one of Tokyo's sub-centres.
The Shinagawa Tourism Association leaflet explains that Osaki Station was originally a starting station of the Yamanote Line and grew into a large terminal as the Saikyo Line began running in, the Rinkai Line opened and Shonan-Shinjuku Line services started. Those lines are available there alongside the Yamanote Line.
The association's 2018 walking leaflet writes that redevelopment of the Osaki Station east exit district brought Osaki New City and Gate City Osaki and drew attention to Osaki as one of Tokyo's sub-centres. The picture it gives is of a station area centred on the buildings that redevelopment produced.
In the Meguro / Shirokane / Gotanda area, which includes Osaki, the listed venues are viewable on the Gotanda page. If Osaki gains a listing, it will be shown on this page.
Shinagawa Ward's police-designated touting zones are Kami-Osaki 2-chome and blocks of Gotanda and Oi, and no Osaki town name appears in the table (updated 31 March 2016). Kami-Osaki 2-chome has a similar name but is a separate block, so it should not be read as a statement about the Osaki Station area.
It depends on the venue. Each venue page lists the languages it handles, and the “English OK” filter in search narrows results to venues with English support.
Payment methods vary by venue. Check the listing and confirm with the venue before booking.
