An outcall service with no shop floor: you book by phone or online and a companion comes to your hotel or home. It is classed as a non-store adult business under Japanese law. Check first that your hotel allows visitors to the room and whether travel costs are charged on top.

Search Escort / Delivery Health across JapanChoosing an escort or delivery health service means the companion comes to your hotel room or home instead of you going to a shop. There is no premises to look at, so you compare the cast photos and the day's schedule, the course lengths, the areas served and how bookings are taken, by phone or online.
The room you are in becomes part of the decision. Whether your hotel allows visitors to the room, and whether you will be back in time, are things to settle before you pick a service.
Japan's adult-entertainment law defines a business that sends staff to a residence or lodging as a non-store adult business, and the operator files a notification with the prefectural public safety commission for the office it works from. The law lists what that filing contains: the trade name used in advertising, how requests are taken and the contact number, and the address of any reception office or waiting room.
As the legal definition says, the business works by sending someone out once a customer has asked for it, and the same law forbids a non-store operator from taking anyone under 18 as a customer. How requests are taken is one of the items in the filing, and it differs from one service to the next.
Outcall services may charge travel costs on top of the course price. When you book, ask what the travel charge to your location is and whether a nomination fee or an extension fee is separate, so the amount does not change after arrival. Keep your ID at hand in case you are asked to confirm your age.
It depends on the venue. Each venue page lists the languages it handles, and the “English OK” filter in search narrows results to venues with English support.
Payment methods vary by venue. Check the listing and confirm with the venue before booking.
