Shinjuku Gyoen

Shinjuku Gyoen is a quiet green zone away from the hustle of Shinjuku. During the day it's busy with people strolling and picnicking, but at night foot traffic drops and the atmosphere becomes calm.

The area is about a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station East Exit. The park spreads south of Yasukuni Street, and the surroundings are a mix of luxury apartments and office buildings. Unlike the adult venue concentration in Kabukicho, here there are almost no prominent signs or touts.

Adult services around Shinjuku Gyoen are mainly delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru). The number is small, estimated at fewer than 10 shops in the entire area. Price range: delivery health 10,000–15,000 yen for 60 minutes, hotel health 12,000–20,000 yen for 60 minutes. Both are dispatch-type services to hotels or homes; there are virtually no storefront establishments.

Soaplands, pink salons, SM clubs, etc., are not present in this area. If you want those, you need to go to Kabukicho, a 15-minute walk away. Shinjuku Gyoen is strictly for those who want to play quietly.

Access: 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station East Exit, or take the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line to Shinjuku Gyoenmae Station. Business hours are mainly evening to late night for both delivery health and hotel health. Reservations are generally in Japanese; English support is limited.

Not highly recommended for foreign tourists. Kabukicho offers more options and better English support. If you insist on this area, look for shops that accept online reservations and arrange dispatch to your hotel.
