Yoyogi is a calm area a short walk from the hustle of Shinjuku. Office buildings and hotels line the station front, functioning as a business district by day. At night, the neon is subdued, and the area transforms into a quiet, adult-oriented neighborhood.

Geographically, it's within walking distance from Shinjuku Station's south exit. Centered around JR Yoyogi Station, the area stretches north toward Shinjuku and south toward Harajuku and Shibuya. Many business hotels and capsule hotels around the station make it convenient for business travelers and tourists.

The adult entertainment scene in Yoyogi is scattered in alleys a few minutes from the station. The main categories are delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru); storefront soaplands or fashion health shops are rare. Delivery health services dispatch girls to hotels, with rates around ¥12,000–20,000 for 60 minutes. Hotel health uses love hotels near the station, with similar pricing.

The number of shops is smaller compared to the wider Shinjuku area, and they are not densely packed. However, the area's convenience and abundance of hotels make it practical for outcall services. Few shops cater to foreign tourists, but some offer English support.

Access is easiest via JR Yoyogi Station, about a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. Operating hours vary, but most delivery health and hotel health shops are open from noon to around midnight. Many require advance reservation by phone or web.
