Nishikawaguchi

Exit the east side of Nishikawaguchi Station, and you'll find a messy entertainment district lined with bars and pachinko parlors. By day it's a quiet shopping street, but at night the neon lights come on, transforming the atmosphere.

The area spreads out radially from the station, with many adult venues within walking distance. It's about 20 minutes from Tokyo on the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line, making it one of Saitama's best-known red-light districts.

Nishikawaguchi's adult scene is dominated by soaplands and delivery health. Dozens of soaplands line the streets around the station, with rates typically 10,000–20,000 yen per hour. Delivery health shops are even more numerous, sending girls to nearby hotels.

There are also a few pink salons and erotic massage shops, but they are limited in number. Overall, prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is approachable even for first-time foreign visitors.

Operating hours are generally from early afternoon until late night. There are many love hotels near the station, convenient for delivery health users. If you don't speak Japanese, it's wise to check for English-friendly shops in advance.

One note: Nishikawaguchi has relatively strict police enforcement. Street touts are prohibited, so use legitimate shops to avoid trouble.
