Kawaguchi, Warabi

Stretching between Kawaguchi and Warabi stations along the Keihin-Tohoku Line, this area is one of Saitama's top adult entertainment districts. By day it's an ordinary shopping street, but at night neon signs for soaplands and delivery health services light up.

The core area runs from Kawaguchi Station's east exit to Warabi Station's west exit, with shops packed into back alleys. It's only 20 minutes from Tokyo by train, and lower rents mean budget-friendly services dominate.

Soaplands are the most common venue type, followed by delivery health. A few fashion health and pink salons exist but are less prominent. Soapland prices start around ¥10,000 per hour, 20-30% cheaper than Tokyo. Delivery health is similarly affordable, with many shops offering services under ¥20,000 including hotel fees.

Foreigner acceptance varies by shop but is increasing. Some shops have English menus or staff who speak basic English. Soaplands require ID; foreigners must show a passport.

Access: JR Keihin-Tohoku Line to Kawaguchi or Warabi Station. From Tokyo Station about 20 minutes, from Ueno about 15 minutes. Soaplands typically operate noon to midnight; delivery health often accepts calls until late night.

Be aware of touts on the street, especially around Warabi Station. For delivery health, you usually need to arrange your own hotel, so check in advance.
