Akita

In central Akita City, especially around the station, you'll find a handful of adult venues, but there's no concentrated red-light district like in Tokyo or Osaka.

Geographically, a few soaplands, delivery health services, and pink salons are within walking distance from the west exit of Akita Station. The number of shops is limited, and they are scattered rather than clustered.

The adult industry here is small: a few soaplands, about a dozen delivery health shops. Prices are typical for a regional city: soaplands around ¥10,000 for 30 minutes, delivery health ¥10,000–¥15,000 for 60 minutes. Pink salons start at a few thousand yen for short sessions.

For foreign visitors, options are limited, so advance research is essential. Most shops operate in Japanese only; English-friendly shops are rare.

Access is via Akita Station. Operating hours vary but are mostly evening to late night. Taxis are convenient, but the station area is walkable.

Note that many shops are locally oriented and may be intimidating for first-timers. Phone reservations are standard; walk-ins are difficult.
