The Ehime Prefectural Office is in Ichibancho, Matsuyama. Okaido, in the city centre, is a large shopping street enclosed by arcades; its south end joins the Gintengai arcade, and restaurants line the way. The Iyotetsu tram stop Okaidoguchi is right at the entrance.
From Matsuyama Airport it is about 15 minutes by car or limousine bus to JR Matsuyama Station, about 20 to Iyotetsu's Matsuyama-shi Station and about 40 to Dogo Onsen, depending on traffic. The other city this site lists, Shikokuchuo, calls itself Japan's number one paper town on its own website.
Ehime's published summary of an amendment to its Entertainment Business Act ordinance, in force from 1 May 2006, applies the same rules as store-based venues to delivery health that keeps a reception office. Such offices are banned everywhere except a strip 20 metres wide on each side of prefectural road Rokkenya-Ishite in Dogo Takocho, Matsuyama; they are also banned within 200 metres of hospitals and clinics with beds, and between midnight and sunrise.
Article 28 of the national Entertainment Business Act bans store-based adult businesses within 200 metres of government office complexes, schools, libraries, child welfare facilities and similar sites, and lets each prefecture add prohibited areas by ordinance.
Walk-in formats such as soaplands may operate only where the ordinance allows them. Delivery health is an outcall format used at a hotel or another place you choose, and the area on this site marks the venue's reception or base.
From Tokyo, the Nozomi Shinkansen reaches Okayama in about 3 hours 25 minutes, and JR Shikoku's Shiokaze limited express continues to Matsuyama in about 2 hours 40. By air, ANA and JAL fly from Haneda to Matsuyama in about 1 hour 35 minutes.
