Also known as: hon-ko-su

The venue's standard, full-length course on a price list, as opposed to a trial or short course.

Hon kosu is the price-list name for a venue's regular course. It is used to set the standard course apart from a short trial course for first-time guests or a short course, in notes such as "trial courses can be upgraded to the full course" or "nominations on the full course only". Its length and content differ by venue, and the price list sets out an amount for each length.

The full course price does not include nomination or option fees; those are added as separate lines, so confirm the total when you book. The "full" does not imply any service beyond what the law allows.

When you'll encounter this

You meet it in the course list on a price list and in booking notes about moving from a trial course to the full course.
