Membership Fee
入会金 · nyuukaikin
Also known as: nyuukaikin
A one-off fee paid the first time you use a venue that runs a membership system; you get a member card and pay nothing further on later visits.
The membership fee is a one-time charge when you first use an adult venue that operates a membership system. Once paid, you receive a member card and use the venue at member rates from then on. It is found at some soaplands and store-based health venues, and some give nomination discounts or perks on showing the card.
Whether the membership fee is included in the guide price on a listing varies, and price lists sometimes note it as separate. Ask about it and its amount when you make your first booking so you know the total.
When you'll encounter this
You meet it in the membership fee line on a price list and when a member card is made at reception on your first visit.
