The charge for each option you add, on top of the course fee; the price list gives an amount per option.
The option fee is what each added option costs. The price list sets out option names and amounts, and adding several means their fees add up. Free options carry no fee.
The guide price on a listing does not include option fees. If you order options when booking, confirm the total; if you add them in the room, you normally pay on the spot.
