Hiroshima City's nightlife contrasts with the quiet of the Atomic Bomb Dome and Peace Memorial Park. Nagarekawa, the largest entertainment district in the Chugoku region, buzzes with neon lights, drawing local office workers and tourists.

Nagarekawa is located east of the Kamiyacho and Hatchobori area in central Hiroshima. It's a 5-minute walk from the Hatchobori streetcar stop. The main streets are lined with izakayas and bars, while adult venues cluster in the back alleys.

The adult scene centers on soaplands, with about 20 shops around Nagarekawa. Prices start at ¥20,000 per hour. Delivery health is also common, mostly hotel派遣型, with rates from ¥10,000 for 60 minutes. Pink salons offer short, cheap sessions at around ¥5,000 for 30 minutes. There are also a few SM clubs and erotic massage shops.

Foreigner acceptance varies by shop. Soaplands often require Japanese, but some delivery health and pink salons can handle English. Most adult venues in Nagarekawa operate until midnight, with last entry around 11 PM.
