Miyako Island

Miyako Island is a resort island in Okinawa with crystal-clear waters and white sand beaches. Tourists come for diving, snorkeling, and relaxing on the beach. Evenings are quiet, with a handful of bars and izakayas.

The center of the island is the Hirara area, where hotels and restaurants are concentrated. Adult shops are scattered in this area, but signage is discreet, and tourists often miss them.

The adult industry on Miyako Island is very small. The main categories are delivery health (delihe) and hotel health (hoteheru), with only a few shops. Prices are higher than on the mainland, around 20,000–30,000 yen for 60 minutes. Most services are outcall-type, where the provider comes to your hotel.

There are no pink salons or soaplands. SM clubs and erotic massage shops are almost nonexistent. Services are simple and cater to tourists rather than regular locals.

Access is by a 1-hour flight from Naha. A rental car is essential on the island. To use adult services, you need to call ahead and reserve in Japanese; English support is unlikely.

Note that Miyako Island is a resort destination, and very few people visit specifically for adult entertainment. If you want to use a service, delivery health to your hotel is the most practical option. There are no storefronts; everything is dispatch-based.
