Tameike Sanno and Kasumigaseki are bustling during the day with bureaucrats and businesspeople in suits. At night, foot traffic thins out, transforming the area into a quiet, adult-oriented district. High-rise buildings house luxury hotels and members-only clubs, giving the area a refined atmosphere.

Geographically, it sits between Akasaka and Toranomon, with Tameike Sanno Station and Kasumigaseki Station as main access points. The National Diet and government ministries are nearby, so security is tight, but backstreets hide discreet restaurants and adult venues.

The adult entertainment scene here is dominated by delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru). There are almost no storefronts; instead, high-end delivery services operate by appointment only. Prices range from ¥20,000 to ¥40,000 per 60 minutes, higher than Tokyo average, and the quality of companions is reputedly excellent.

Deliheru sends companions to your hotel or home, while hoteheru uses partner hotels. Advance reservation is mandatory; walk-ins are virtually impossible. English-friendly shops are limited, so using an agency or intermediary site is practical if you don't speak Japanese.
