Fussa/Ome Area

Fussa and Ome are bedroom communities in western Tokyo's Tama region. Fussa sits next to Yokota Air Base, while Ome is the gateway to the Okutama mountains. Both are about an hour by train from central Tokyo.

Along Route 16, love hotels and business hotels dot the roadside, and delivery health and hotel health shops cluster around them. This is a car-oriented area, not a train station hub.

The main adult venue categories here are delivery health and hotel health. There are virtually no soaplands or pink salons. The number of shops is modest, but prices are 20–30% cheaper than central Tokyo, typically ¥12,000–15,000 for 60 minutes.

Since it's mostly outcall services, you call the girl to your home or hotel. Shops that accept foreign customers are limited, but some near the base have English-speaking staff.

Access is via the JR Ome Line or Itsukaichi Line. The nearest stations are Fussa or Ome. Business hours generally run from afternoon to late night. Advance phone reservation is standard; if you don't speak Japanese, ask your hotel front desk or a friend to help.

This area isn't a tourist destination, so it's only worth visiting if you prioritize value for money. It's an option if you want to avoid central Tokyo crowds and enjoy a quieter experience.
