Kita-Shinagawa / Shinbamba

Kita-Shinagawa / Shinbamba is a quiet residential and office area north of Shinagawa Station along the Tokaido line. At night, foot traffic thins out and restaurants are limited, but a few alleyways host discreet adult venue neon signs.

Geographically, the nearest stations are Shinbamba and Kita-Shinagawa on the Keikyu Main Line, about a 15-minute walk from Shinagawa Station. Shops are scattered along narrow side streets off the main road, with few flashy signs, catering mainly to local regulars.

The adult scene here is very small: a handful of soaplands and a few delivery health (deliheru) bases. Soapland rates range from ¥15,000–25,000 for 60 minutes, slightly cheaper than central Tokyo. Delivery health services dispatch to hotels, starting around ¥10,000 for 30 minutes.

Foreign tourists rarely visit, and most shops operate only in Japanese. English or Chinese signage is almost nonexistent, and some shops require a Japanese companion. Advance reservation is often mandatory; walk-ins are difficult.

Access: on foot from Shinagawa Station or by Keikyu Line to Shinbamba or Kita-Shinagawa. The area is quiet at night, so solo women should be cautious. There are no tourist attractions unless you're here for adult services.

Best time to visit is after 8 PM on weekdays. Weekends can be busier, but due to the small scale, you may face waiting times. It's advisable to check availability by phone or web in advance.
