Akebonobashi and Yotsuya 3-chome sit just outside the noise of Shinjuku. By day, the area is a typical Tokyo neighborhood with shopping streets and residential blocks. But at night, it transforms into a different kind of district.

From Akebonobashi Station to Yotsuya 3-chome Station, along Yasukuni-dori and the back alleys, you'll find countless signs for delivery health and hotel health services. It's not as flashy as Shinjuku or Roppongi, but the prices are correspondingly lower.

The adult scene here is dominated by delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru). There are almost no pink salons or soaplands. Most shops operate out of apartment rooms or small buildings, with prices starting around ¥10,000 for 60 minutes—among the cheapest in Tokyo.

Delivery health sends girls to your home or hotel, while hotel health uses partner hotels. For foreign visitors, hotel health might be more convenient. Some shops now accept non-Japanese speakers, but it's best to check in advance.

Access is easy via Tokyo Metro Akebonobashi or Yotsuya 3-chome stations. Shinjuku is within walking distance. Operating hours are typically from early afternoon until late night, with weekends being busier.

One thing to note: shops in this area can be hesitant to serve foreign customers. If you don't speak Japanese, call or email ahead to confirm. Also, never follow street touts or touts—they are not affiliated with legitimate shops.
