Health
ヘルス · herusu
Also known as: herusu
Short for fashion health, the adult business type offering sexual services in private rooms; it comes in store-based, hotel and delivery forms.
Herusu is short for fashion health, a Japanese-English coinage for an adult venue providing sexual services. Unlike a soapland, which is organised around the bath, it is built around service in a private room and legally excludes intercourse. It takes three forms: store-based, where you use a room at the venue; hotel health, where only reception is at the venue and the service is in a hotel; and delivery health, where the woman comes to your hotel or home.
Under the Amusement Business Act these businesses are notified to the public safety commission as adult entertainment, and ordinances limit where store-based venues may operate. Prices are set per course length, with nomination and option fees on top. This site's categories list the store-based form as Fashion Health / In-store and the dispatch form as Escort / Delivery Health.
