Furukawa/Sanuma/Yoshioka/Kurihara

The Furukawa, Sanuma, Yoshioka, and Kurihara area is a rural and small-town region in northern Miyagi Prefecture. At night, billboards for delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru) become visible around major stations and along main roads.

Geographically, the area is scattered around Furukawa Station, with Sanuma, Yoshioka, and Kurihara as satellite zones. Travel between these areas is primarily by car; public transportation is limited.

The adult entertainment scene here is almost entirely delivery health and hotel health. Storefront establishments like soaplands or fashion health are virtually nonexistent. Prices range from 12,000 to 18,000 yen for 60 minutes for delivery health, and 15,000 to 20,000 yen for hotel health.

Since outcall services dominate, users wait at home or a hotel, and the woman visits. For hotel health, a partner hotel may be designated.

Access is via JR Tohoku Main Line / Rikuu East Line at Furukawa Station. Car travel is convenient, with 20–30 minutes between areas.

For foreign visitors, Japanese language support is often limited, so it's advisable to arrange a Japanese-speaking friend or interpreter, or find shops that offer English support. Also, delivery health typically dispatches to hotels, not private residences.
