Nobeoka City is the main urban center in northern Miyazaki Prefecture, a regional city spread along the mouth of the Gokase River. The area around the station has commercial facilities bustling with local shoppers during the day, but the night is quiet.
There is no red-light district to speak of; shops are scattered around the station area and along main roads. Delivery health (deliheru) is the main category, with a few shops offering dispatch services to hotels. There are also a couple of pink salons (pinsaro) providing quick, casual services.
Price ranges are standard for a regional city: delivery health around ¥15,000–20,000 for 60 minutes, pink salons around ¥5,000–8,000 for 30 minutes. Foreigner-friendly service is almost nonexistent.
Access is via JR Nobeoka Station, with taxis available from the station. Most shops operate from 10 PM to around 2 AM. Weekends offer more options.
If you plan to use adult services in Nobeoka, most shops require a phone reservation in advance. If you don't speak Japanese, ask hotel staff or a friend for help, or look for shops that accept online reservations.
It depends on the venue. Each venue page lists the languages it handles, and the “English OK” filter in search narrows results to venues with English support.
Payment methods vary by venue. Check the listing and confirm with the venue before booking.
