Ueda · Saku

The Ueda · Saku area is a quiet region spread out among the mountains of eastern Nagano Prefecture. It's known for tourist spots like Ueda Castle and Bessho Onsen, but the nightlife is limited. The shopping streets near the stations close early, and the area becomes quiet at night.

Geographically, Ueda Station and Sakudaira Station are the main hubs. Both stations are served by the Shinkansen, providing good access from Tokyo, but there are only a handful of adult shops around the stations. Shops are mainly scattered in buildings and alleys within walking distance of the stations.

The adult entertainment scene here is centered on delivery health (delihe) and hotel health (hoteheru). Delihe sends girls to hotels or homes, while hoteheru provides services in partner hotels. There are fewer than 10 shops, so options are limited. Prices range from ¥10,000 to ¥20,000 per 60 minutes, slightly cheaper than in urban areas.

There are no pink salons or soaplands, and SM clubs or erotic massages are almost nonexistent. Most shops are small and cater to local regulars; few actively accept foreign tourists. You may be turned away if you don't speak Japanese.

Access: from Tokyo, take the Hokuriku Shinkansen to Ueda Station (about 1.5 hours) or Sakudaira Station (about 1 hour 20 minutes). To use adult services, advance reservation by phone or web is usually required. Same-day walk-ins are difficult, so if you're not fluent in Japanese, use a delihe-specific portal site.

When visiting, respect local rules and follow the shop's instructions. Most shops are cash-only; credit cards are not accepted. Also, Nagano Prefecture has relatively strict regulations on adult businesses, so pay attention to operating hours and areas.
