Tokushima City

Tokushima City is the prefectural capital in eastern Shikoku, a regional city of about 250,000 people. The city center has shopping streets and entertainment districts famous for the Awa Odori festival, but the scale is compact.

Geographically, the area around JR Tokushima Station and the foot of Mount Bizan is where restaurants and nightlife gather. Adult venues are scattered near the station and along national highways, not concentrated in one block.

The adult scene in Tokushima City is dominated by delivery health (deliheru) shops, both chain and independent. A few pink salons operate in multi-tenant buildings near the station. No soaplands or SM clubs are confirmed.

Price ranges: delivery health runs about 12,000–18,000 yen for 60 minutes; pink salons about 5,000–8,000 yen for 30 minutes, slightly cheaper than in major cities. The number of shops is limited, so options are few.

Access is easiest on foot from JR Tokushima Station. Driving is possible but parking must be arranged. Operating hours vary, but many delivery health shops are open late into the night.

For foreign visitors, most shops require Japanese language ability. English support is rare; it's advisable to check by phone or email in advance. Delivery health typically dispatches to hotels, not private residences.
