Musashisakai

Step out of the south exit of Musashisakai Station and you're in a quiet residential area. A few chain izakayas and supermarkets dot the streets, but there's zero nightlife buzz.

This area is a transport hub where the JR Chuo Line and Seibu Tamagawa Line cross, but it's purely a bedroom community. It lacks the bustle of Kichijoji or Mitaka, and after 9 PM the streets are nearly empty.

As for adult services, only a handful of delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru) shops operate here. Most are small, individually-run businesses that use love hotels within walking distance of the station. Prices run around ¥10,000 for 60 minutes, slightly cheaper than central Tokyo.

There are no storefront-type venues like soaplands, fashion health, or pink salons. No SM clubs or dating clubs either. In short, if you want to use adult services in Musashisakai, you'll need to book a delivery health shop in advance and have them come to your hotel.

Access is about 20 minutes from Shinjuku on the JR Chuo Line. There are business hotels near the station, but love hotels are limited. There's little reason for foreign tourists to specifically visit this area. If you must use a service here, confirm in advance that the shop can handle Japanese-language communication.
