Higashikurume

Higashikurume is a quiet residential area centered around the Seibu Ikebukuro Line station. The station front has supermarkets and restaurants, but shutters come down early on weekday nights — a typical Tokyo bedroom town.

Geographically, residential areas spread north and south of Higashikurume Station, about 30 minutes from Ikebukuro on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line. The station area is compact, with daily necessities within walking distance.

In the adult industry, this area is almost a blank zone. Only a handful of delivery health (delihe) shops operate from apartments a short distance from the station. There are no storefront facilities like soaplands, fashion health, or pink salons.

Delihe rates tend to be slightly cheaper than central Tokyo, around ¥10,000 for 60 minutes. However, the options are extremely limited, so there is little reason to visit this area specifically for adult entertainment.

Access is via Higashikurume Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line. From Ikebukuro, it's about 20 minutes by express or 30 minutes by local train. There is a taxi stand at the station, but for delihe, you may need to walk from the station depending on the shop.

For foreign tourists, enjoying adult entertainment in this area is not practical. If you must use it, look for a delihe that can handle reservations in Japanese and arrange dispatch to your hotel. English support is almost nonexistent.
