Kumegawa, Higashimurayama

Kumegawa and Higashimurayama are quiet residential areas along the Seibu Shinjuku Line. During the day, the station fronts are busy with local shoppers, but at night the streets become calm and less crowded.

Geographically, Kumegawa Station and Higashimurayama Station are within walking distance, and adult shops are scattered around both stations. However, there is no concentrated red-light district; most shops operate in apartment rooms or small buildings.

The main adult venue categories here are delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru). Delivery health sends girls to your home or hotel, while hotel health provides services in partner hotels. The number of shops is small—only a few each—and prices are relatively reasonable.

The scale is small, with no flashy signs or touts. Many shops focus on regular customers rather than new ones, which can be challenging for first-time foreign visitors.

Access: about 30 minutes from Shinjuku on the Seibu Shinjuku Line. Get off at Kumegawa or Higashimurayama Station and walk to the shop. Operating hours vary but are typically from 8 PM to midnight.

Whether foreign customers are accepted depends on the shop. If you don't speak Japanese, it's best to call or email in advance. For delivery health, you may need to arrange a hotel room yourself.
