Also known as omotesando-area
Omotesando is an upscale commercial district straddling Shibuya and Minato wards, with almost no adult venues. A tiny number of delivery health and hotel health services operate here, but the area is not a nightlife destination—it's for shopping and sightseeing.

Omotesando is a refined avenue lined with zelkova trees, home to luxury brand stores and cafes. It bustles with shoppers and tourists during the day, but quiets down at night. Almost no one comes here looking for adult venues.
Geographically, it borders Harajuku and Shibuya, with Omotesando Station at its center. Aoyama-dori and Meiji-dori intersect here. The area mixes high-end residential and commercial zones, with no red-light district character.
In the adult industry, Omotesando is nearly a blank spot. A tiny number of delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru) services operate, but storefront adult venues are virtually nonexistent. There are no soaplands, pink salons, or SM clubs.
Prices are high—delivery health starts at ¥20,000 per hour. Hotel health using luxury hotels is the norm, with high-quality staff but very limited options.
Access is convenient, but the area is not worth visiting for adult entertainment. If you must play here, book a delivery health service in advance and wait at a high-end hotel. Walking around looking for shops is not recommended.
Note that police enforcement is strict in Omotesando; illegal operations and touts are almost absent. Safety is not an issue, but you should understand that adult venues are scarce.
It depends on the venue. Each venue page lists the languages it handles, and the “English OK” filter in search narrows results to venues with English support.
Payment methods vary by venue. Check the listing and confirm with the venue before booking.
