Ota and Isezaki are industrial cities in eastern Gunma Prefecture. The landscape is dominated by factories and warehouses. At night, neon signs line the main roads, but there is no concentrated nightlife district.
Geographically, the two cities are adjacent, connected by the Kita-Kanto Expressway and Tobu Railway. Ota Station and Isezaki Station are the main hubs, with restaurants and business hotels scattered around.
The adult entertainment scene here is centered on delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru). There are almost no storefront establishments; dispatch-type services to hotels are the norm. Prices are slightly lower than in the Tokyo area, typically 12,000–16,000 yen for 60 minutes. Service areas cover the entire city and surrounding towns.
Deliheru operates from love hotel districts near stations or along main roads. Hoteheru provides services at partner hotels. Most women are in their late 20s to 30s, and foreigner-friendly options are limited.
Access: from Tokyo, take the Tobu Isesaki Line to Ota (about 90 minutes). By car, use the Kita-Kanto Expressway's Ota-Kiryu IC. Business hours are generally from early afternoon until midnight.
To use, you need to make a reservation by phone or LINE in advance. If you don't speak Japanese, ask the hotel for an interpreter or look for shops that accept English. Cash is standard; credit cards are often not accepted.
It depends on the venue. Each venue page lists the languages it handles, and the “English OK” filter in search narrows results to venues with English support.
Payment methods vary by venue. Check the listing and confirm with the venue before booking.
