Nishinomiya/Koshien-guchi/Ashiya

Nishinomiya, Koshien-guchi, and Ashiya are known as upscale residential areas along the Hanshin line, but at night, the backstreets quietly light up with adult venue signs. No flashy neon—just a subdued, grown-up playground.

Geographically, the main hubs are around JR Nishinomiya, Koshien-guchi, and Ashiya stations. Shops are scattered within walking distance of each station, and car access is also possible. Since the area is spread out, taxis or rental cars are convenient for moving around.

In terms of adult venue types, delivery health (deliheru) and hotel health (hoteheru) overwhelmingly dominate. Pink salons and soaplands are nearly absent, with only a few SM clubs and esthetic salons. Each station area has about 10–20 shops, so density is low. Prices range from ¥15,000–25,000 for 60 minutes of delivery health, and ¥20,000–30,000 for hotel health.

Delivery health sends girls to your hotel, while hotel health operates in partner hotels. Advance reservation is mandatory. Shops that accept foreigners are limited, but some advertise English support.

Weekday nights are the best time to visit. Weekends get crowded with local regulars. Using a business hotel near the station makes hotel health smooth. Check review sites and official shop websites beforehand.

Note that this is a residential area—no loud behavior. Shops are designed to be inconspicuous, so confirm the location in advance. Many shops are cash-only, so bring cash.
