Nishinomiya/Koshien-guchi/Ashiya covers the streets around Hankyu Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi and JR Koshien-guchi stations in Nishinomiya, Hyogo, together with neighbouring Ashiya.
Nishinomiya City treats Hanshin Nishinomiya, JR Nishinomiya and Hankyu Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi as the gateways to its centre. Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Station stands in Kofuen 1-chome, and Hankyu's guide names Mondo-Yakujin, Imazu and Koto-en as nearby stations. JR Koshien-guchi Station is at Koshienguchi 2-chome 1.
The city explains that the JR Tokaido Main Line, the Hankyu Kobe Main Line and the Hanshin Main Line cross Nishinomiya from east to west, while lines such as the Hankyu Koyo and Imazu lines run north to south. The station areas at Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi and Koshien-guchi sit within that grid of railways.
No listings exist for this area yet; once registered, they will be shown on this page. Current listings can be checked on the Nishinomiya/Amagasaki/Itami/Takarazuka page, and the Amagasaki page in the same region carries listings too.
On 1 May 2024 Hyogo Prefecture designated two no-touting zones here: the area north-west of Hankyu Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi Station, and the area south of JR Koshien-guchi Station, which takes in parts of the city and prefectural roads in Koshienguchi 2-chome. Inside them soliciting, recruiting and waiting for customers are banned in principle, and the prefecture says violators may be liable to a karyo administrative fine not exceeding 50,000 yen, and their names may be published.
