When you step out of Hitachi Station, you'll see a rotary and commercial buildings. During the day, it's busy with shoppers and commuters, but at night, foot traffic decreases and the atmosphere becomes quiet.

The area around the station is compact, with restaurants and hotels within walking distance. Adult venues are tucked away in alleys or multi-tenant buildings a short walk from the station, with few flashy signs.
