Muta Town

Muta Town is a quiet adult district tucked away in a residential area in central Miyakonojo City. By day it looks like an ordinary neighborhood, but at night neon signs light up and local men come to visit. There's no tourist glamour here—it's a practical playground for adults.

The area is about a 10-minute walk from JR Miyakonojo Station, with shops scattered along narrow alleys off National Route 10. Restaurants and izakayas are mixed in, so non-adult customers also pass through. The scale is small and walkable.

The adult scene in Muta Town centers on soaplands. A handful of soaplands operate here, with prices starting around ¥10,000 per hour—very reasonable. There are also a few delivery health and pink salon shops, offering quick and easy services. No high-end establishments; most shops cater to locals.

Foreign tourists rarely visit, and English support is not available. If you don't speak Japanese, it's better to book a delivery health service in advance or choose a simple pink salon. Soaplands may refuse entry to non-Japanese speakers, so be cautious.

Access: 10-minute walk from JR Miyakonojo Station. If driving, use a coin parking lot. Business hours vary by shop, but peak time is from 8 PM to midnight. Follow local rules and shop instructions to avoid trouble.
